The entire staff was friendly and not pushy. I've had bad experiences with other dealers, so it was a pleasant surprise to browse then buy at Don Vance.
By far the best customer service and prices in Missouri. I will never go anywhere else when I need to buy a new car or need mine serviced. Every time I go to this dealership I have had true professionals and friendly staff greet me without the hassle or pressure to buy!
I dealt with Dan he was great from the start to finish. I told him what I was looking for he got me pictures and had it delivered to me before the end of the day. The delivery guys name was Paul and Heath and they were awesome as well. I give this dealership a 5 star, plan on doing my business here from now on.

Our '02 Expedition blew a spark plug in December. We had to let the truck set for awhile, and they were very understanding. The truck was repaired understanding our budget. Their service department is awesome. I will not hesitate to go back when I will need repairs again.
