My back bumper was starting to fall off on my way home for Christmas (6 hour drive). I thought I wouldn't get to see my family for the holidays. A gentleman at this business answered the phone and had me come on in. After only 5 minutes he had it bolted back looking brand new! On top of that, he let me go without paying and a joyful "Merry Christmas". I can't think of a nicer deed in such a desperate time of need. I would HIGHLY recommend Carlson's to anyone.
