I have use this company twice now and both times Matt is on that came out in service me. Matt is extremely polite, very professional and explains things in detail. He answers any question that you ask and explains it until you understand it. Prices are reasonable and they do a nice job thank you.
I had 4 companies come look at my AC unit and this is the only one that charged me just to stop by and look at it. Nobody else charges but you can be sure theyll mail you letters and blow up your phone & work phone to get that $80 for that 30second stop. Should of listened to everyones warnings about how they rip you off. Now I know.
They came out to service my furnace and repair a wire my dog chewed. The repair job was terrible! It looked like a toddler wrapped electrical tape all around and just mashed it with their hands. And the service man left cut wire and all the trash from the repair all over my floor! Customer service in the phone was not very friendly either.
