Dr. Kelly is a wonderful doctor and his nurse Kim is great.
She talks to you like you are a person not just another patient.
I live pretty far away but I will continue to go since they are so kind.
I came here after I got in a car accident. I was in the emergency department and had a head CT. The billing department incorrectly billed my insurance company 3 times and then sent it to collections. I spoke to them several times for over an hour trying to sort it out. To make matters worst I worked at the hospital at the time. I was embarassed to work for a company that had such poor customer service and poor billing department. I would not recomend going to Cox Health simply because their billing department is so incompetent.
