I just spoke with a man named Mike that claims to own this arena. He threatened me with bodily injury. Seems he was taking up for one of his drunk customers. A drunk woman in a white mini-van pulled out in front of me on Hwy 38 at the Hwy 38 arena and stopped dead in the road. I pulled around her, got out, and asked her if she wanted me to call the police. The other customers standing in the Arena parking lot started shouting threats and verbally abusing me. Threatening bodily injury and damage to my truck, I left the area. I called the arena and spoke to a rude, verbally abusive, woman I now believe was the wife of a man named Mike. After I hung up on the rude woman, a man named Mike called me and verbally threatened me. Said if I would come back to his arena we could "work things out". I am not accustomed to people moving into our area and threatening the locals. This is not the kind of business that is needed in Southwest Missouri.
