I think Webster Electric is one of the nicest companies I have ever been involved with. I especially think Denise is one of the best customer service reps I have ever had, but all the ladies that work there are so informative, if ever I have a question about my bill, due date, anything they are more than willing to help and I appreciate that!
Wish 0 stars was an option... absolutely terrible place... they are the only option for electricity in the area and they know it! Worst customer service I have ever come across! They treat you as if they have a upper hand on you... and they do! This kind of business is corruption!.
