There is always two sides to every story. I in no way nor can any other realtor force a seller to accept any offer. If a seller chooses to accept another offer that IS NOT owner finance over an offer that is RENT TO OWN, then I would say they have made a decision that is best for them. The fact that a certain buyer's offer was not accepted does not mean that realtor is unethical. It just simply means the sellers accepted another offer and not theirs.

We went to her for help and missed the chance on a house we really wanted because of her neglect to give us the necessary information we needed to get the ball rolling. She gave us 3 homes that were suppose to be contract for deed, lease/purchase or owner finance etc, they are listed as is in her email to me as of Jan, 22 2015.
We used Retta Crawford in selling our home and in purchasing a new one and she far exceeded my expectations! She was very professional, reliable, and went over and beyond what was expected of her. We ran into MANY multiple problems with the realtor of the property we were purchasing and Retta was always right there ready to fix every problem we had and even went far above her job duties to make sure that we had everything we needed to close on time and that we closed with a smile on our face! We were VERY happy and pleased with her as our realtor and I would recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy!
Judy is never there, so you can't discuss the fraudulent late charges shetacks on your storage bill.
Absolutely ridiculous service. She never answered her phone or called back. When she did email she was always choppy and inconsistent with her answers. Please make one of the most important purchases of your life with someone who will take care of you.
