I am beyond ignorant when it come to technology , especially a cell phone of ANY kind. When I destroyed my bag phone phone - YES, it had been that long since I needed another cell phone. I should-a known I was in BIG trouble when the word 'smart' had anything to do with a phone :-)) I HAD gone to Springfield. MO stores and well, for a lack of a better way of saying it, I was looked at when I walked into the store, like I was 'putting' them out by my walking in the door. I wasn't even aware that Verizon had a store in Marshfield, at the time. I went to this store and ended up coming home with a Smart Phone. I could type all day and week and NEVER be able to praise the folks at the Marshfield, MO store, ESPECIALLY Billie!!!! She has helped me in SO many ways!!! Even explained things so that even I COULD understand it. I've been known to have to go into y'all's store up to 3 times in the same day - NOT because there was a problem with the products, just a problem with me, the user. Billie would and ALWAYS has helped me even if it was NOT anything to do with my phone, i/e being able to hook my laptop and tablet to the internet. We've become great friends too!!!! Now a days, customer service is a thing of the past & a joke!!!! NOT at the Marshfield, MO store it isn't!!!!! Verizon stores in Springfield, MO and ALL over the country NEEDS to take lessons from Mz. Billie and the other employees of the Marshfield, MO Verizon!!!! THANK YOU Marshfield, MO Verizon!!!!!!
